Wish商戶平臺(tái)英國(guó)VAT盤算

英國(guó)VAT的準(zhǔn)則稅率為20%。Wish將對(duì)從英國(guó)境內(nèi)/境外發(fā)往英國(guó)的所有訂單主動(dòng)盤算VAT，并直接添加到用戶支付的產(chǎn)品價(jià)錢和運(yùn)費(fèi)中。因此，商戶請(qǐng)勿在設(shè)置產(chǎn)品價(jià)錢和運(yùn)費(fèi)時(shí)額外加上VAT金額。

對(duì)于在英國(guó)境內(nèi)配送的訂單（從英國(guó)境內(nèi)發(fā)貨，運(yùn)往英國(guó)境內(nèi)），Wish將為所有訂單添加并代收VAT。如果是英國(guó)本土商戶，且已在稅務(wù)設(shè)置頁(yè)面設(shè)置英國(guó)稅務(wù)，Wish會(huì)將VAT金額支付給商戶，以便商戶向英國(guó)稅務(wù)機(jī)構(gòu)繳納稅款。如果是非英國(guó)本土商戶，則Wish將負(fù)責(zé)盤算、代收和直接代繳VAT至英國(guó)稅務(wù)機(jī)構(gòu)。

對(duì)于在英國(guó)境內(nèi)配送的訂單，Wish強(qiáng)烈建議英國(guó)本土商戶依據(jù)英國(guó)稅費(fèi)政策在“稅務(wù)設(shè)置”頁(yè)面設(shè)置英國(guó)稅務(wù)，以便成功收到Wish支付的VAT稅款。英國(guó)本土商戶可以在商戶平臺(tái)稅務(wù)設(shè)置頁(yè)面設(shè)置英國(guó)稅務(wù)。若商戶未能準(zhǔn)確設(shè)置英國(guó)稅務(wù)，則Wish將為商戶的所有英國(guó)路向訂單代收VAT，并直接繳納給英國(guó)稅務(wù)機(jī)構(gòu)。請(qǐng)注意，Wish向英國(guó)稅務(wù)機(jī)構(gòu)繳納VAT稅款后，商戶無(wú)法要求Wish退款，且商戶仍有責(zé)任繳納應(yīng)向英國(guó)稅務(wù)機(jī)構(gòu)繳納的任何VAT稅款。

對(duì)于從英國(guó)境外發(fā)貨的所有英國(guó)路向訂單：

如果用戶支付的包裹價(jià)錢小于或等于135英鎊（不包含運(yùn)費(fèi)、保險(xiǎn)和稅費(fèi)等用戶支付的所有其他費(fèi)用），Wish將負(fù)責(zé)對(duì)這些訂單盤算、代收和直接代繳VAT至英國(guó)稅務(wù)機(jī)構(gòu)。

如果用戶支付的包裹價(jià)錢大于或等于135.01英鎊（不包含運(yùn)費(fèi)、保險(xiǎn)和稅費(fèi)等用戶支付的所有其他費(fèi)用），則VAT金額將包括在商品售價(jià)中。Wish會(huì)將此金額支付給商戶（包括在商戶收到的其他訂單的付款中）并要求商戶將VAT稅款轉(zhuǎn)交給Wish或商戶指定的貨運(yùn)代理。隨后，貨運(yùn)代理會(huì)在邊疆代表用戶支付VAT稅款。

向用戶展現(xiàn)的價(jià)錢將包括VAT，即不會(huì)向用戶單獨(dú)顯示一行稅費(fèi)，也不會(huì)額外收取稅費(fèi)。

ForordersshippingwithintheUK(shippingfromtheUK,totheUK),WishwilladdandcollectVATonallorders.ForUKdomiciledmerchantsshippingwithintheUKwhohavesetupTaxSettings,thecollectedVATamountswillberemittedtothemerchantstoremittotheUKtaxauthorities.Fornon-UKdomiciledmerchantsshippingorderswithintheUK,Wishwillcalculate,collect,andremitVATdirectlytotheUKtaxauthorities.

UKdomiciledmerchantsshippingwithintheUKarestronglyencouragedtosetupUKTaxSettingstocomplywithUKtaxpolicyandtohavetheirVATamountsremittedtothem.UKTaxSettingsareavailabletosetupallforUKdomiciledmerchantsshippingwithintheUK,viaourTaxSettingspageintheMerchantDashboard.FailuretoproperlysetupUKTaxSettingswillresultinWishaddingVATtothemerchant’sUK-boundordersandremittingdirectlytotheUKtaxauthoritiesonbehalfofthemerchantforallUK-boundorders.PleasenotethatonceVATisremittedbyWishtotheUKtaxauthorities,thereisnooptionforarefundfromWish.MerchantswillremainresponsibleforanyVATdueintheUK.

Ifthecustomer-paidpriceoftheconsignmentislessthanorequalto￡135(excludingallothercustomerpaymentssuchasshipping,insurance,andtaxes),Wishwillcalculate,collect,andremitVATdirectlytotheUKtaxauthorities.

Ifthecustomer-paidpriceoftheconsignmentisgreaterthanorequalto￡135.01(excludingallothercustomerpaymentssuchasshipping,insurance,andtaxes),theVATamountwillbeincludedinthepurchasePRICE.Wishwillremitthisamounttomerchants(whenmerchantsreceivepaymentsforrelevantorders)andwillrequiremerchantstoforwardtheVATamounttothefreightforwarderdesignatedbyWishorthemerchants.ThefreightforwarderthenpaystheVATamountdueattheborderonbehalfofthecustomers.
