Inventory Health report


The Inventory Health report provides detailed data about your sales, current sellable and unsellable quantities, inventory age, weeks of cover left, and information about additional offers that are available on your products. For example, you can see how many FBA offers, new and used, are available for a given product, as well as the lowest FBA and non-FBA price for both new and used condition. (For non-FBA units, the lowest new and used prices includes both product price and shipping charge.)

The online version of this report does not include all the columns available in the downloadable version.

The display columns were selected to show key information that can easily be viewed on a computer screen. Download the full report to see all available Inventory Health data.

A detailed description of each of the fields is given in the table below.

While most of the fields are self-explanatory, we have provided examples of Weeks of Cover in the table below:

We have provided your sales and Weeks of Cover for a wide range of days, from 7 to 365 days, to accommodate varying business needs. We suggest you use the Weeks of Cover information (using the number of days that is appropriate for your business) to ensure that you are not under-stocked or over-stocked for a given item. For items that are low on cover, we suggest you replenish your inventory. For items that have excess cover, we suggest you don't send any more inventory and perhaps schedule a removal.

The Inventory Health Report is refreshed on a daily basis and will reflect information that is about 24-72 hours old.

This report is available for download through your seller account and through Merchant Web Services APIs.
