近日，佳能公司宣布，已經(jīng)向亞馬遜提交了侵權(quán)報(bào)告，要求亞馬遜刪除平臺(tái)上的一些墨盒的listing。據(jù)悉，這些墨盒是由Etechwork銷(xiāo)售的，用于HP激光打印機(jī)。

佳能的侵權(quán)報(bào)告稱(chēng)，Etechwork在亞馬遜上銷(xiāo)售的CF280A型號(hào)的墨盒侵犯了佳能的專(zhuān)利權(quán)，具體的美國(guó)專(zhuān)利號(hào)為 8,280,278、8,630,564、8,682,215、8,688,008和8,676,090。佳能要求亞馬遜刪除Etechwork所售的這些產(chǎn)品的listing，即ASIN碼為B06X3YZ141和B06WRVGXY1的產(chǎn)品。現(xiàn)在，這兩款產(chǎn)品亞馬遜上已經(jīng)搜不到了。

事實(shí)上，佳能近年來(lái)一直在與侵權(quán)作斗爭(zhēng)。尤其是在今年年初，佳能向美國(guó)國(guó)際貿(mào)易委員會(huì)（ITC）起訴了49家墨盒和感光鼓的制造商、分銷(xiāo)商以及賣(mài)家，聲稱(chēng)他們侵犯了自己的專(zhuān)利權(quán)，美國(guó)專(zhuān)利號(hào)為9,746,826、9,836,021、9,841,727、9,841,728、9,841,729、9,857,764、9,857,765、9,869,960以及9,874,846。

不僅如此，佳能還在美國(guó)各地的地方法院起訴了這些企業(yè)，聲稱(chēng)侵犯了上述專(zhuān)利。

從企業(yè)的名稱(chēng)可以看出，有的是中國(guó)的。在以往的侵權(quán)案中，也有矛頭指向中國(guó)賣(mài)家和企業(yè)，而特朗普在發(fā)動(dòng)貿(mào)易戰(zhàn)時(shí)也死咬著“知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)”不放。在這樣的關(guān)頭，小伙伴們要特別謹(jǐn)慎，別闖到槍口上去！
