2.1上傳產品時提供的信息必需精確

如果商戶上架的產品的信息不精確，該產品可能會被移除，且相應的賬戶可能面臨賠款或被暫停交易。

2.2嚴禁在Wish平臺出售仿品

嚴禁在Wish上架仿品。若商戶上架仿品，這些產品將被移除，且相應賬戶將面臨賠款，可能還會被暫停交易。

2.3產品和產品詳情頁不得侵占他人的知識產權

產品和產品詳情頁不得侵占他人的知識產權。知識產權包含但不限于版權、商標和專利。商戶有義務確保其產品和產品詳情頁不侵占知識產權，且wish商戶平臺勉勵商戶在產品上架前進行知識產權檢討。如果商戶反復上架侵占他人知識產權的產品，則產品將被移除，且商戶的賬戶將面臨$500.00*或更高的賠款和/或暫停交易。

如果商戶連續反復侵占他人的知識產權，其賬戶將面臨高額賠款、暫停交易和/或終止服務的風險。

賠款僅可在其生成后的90個自然日內進行申訴和審批。如果賠款申訴未在其生成后的90個自然日內獲批，賠款將不予撤銷。

2.4產品詳情頁不得引誘用戶分開Wish

如果商戶上架的產品勉勵用戶分開Wish平臺或聯系Wish平臺以外的店鋪，產品將被移除，且其賬戶將面臨被暫停的風險。

2.5嚴禁上架反復的產品

嚴禁多次上架相同的產品。相同尺碼的產品必需列為一款產品。不得上傳反復的產品。如果商戶上傳反復的產品，產品將被移除，且其賬戶將面臨被暫停的風險。

2.6制止將產品更改為一個不同的產品

如果商戶將產品詳情頁改動為一款不同的產品，則該產品將被移除，其賬戶將被處以更高$20.00*的賠款，且面臨被暫停交易的風險。

賠款僅可在其生成后的90個自然日內進行申訴和審批。如果賠款申訴未在其生成后的90個自然日內獲批，賠款將不予撤銷。

2.7禁售品將被處以賠款

作為Wish商戶，您有義務確保您的產品符合發貨和收貨地域的法規。如果產品被發覺違背Wish的禁售產品政策，商戶將被處以賠款，且產品可能會被下架。依據違規的嚴重水平，賠款金額規模為a).每件違規產品$10.00至b).每件違規產品$250.00，外加違規產品累計所有訂單的訂單金額總額。此外，如果出售禁售產品，商戶賬戶可能會被暫停。

訂單金額為“數目x（商戶設定價錢+商戶設定運費）”。

如果包裹被發覺含有違背所有實用法律的產品，包含發貨地 /地域（即出口地點）或目標地 /地域（即進口地點）的海關規定，商戶可能將面臨的賠款為物流服務商燒毀產品承擔的實際費用。

賠款僅可在其生成后的90個自然日內進行申訴和審批。如果賠款申訴未在其生成后的90個自然日內獲批，賠款將不予撤銷。

2.1Informationprovidedduringproductuploadmustbeaccurate

Ifamerchantprovidesinaccurateinformationabouttheproducttheyarelisting,theproductcouldberemovedandtheaccountcouldfacepenaltiesorsuspension.

2.2CounterfeitproductsarestrictlyprohibitedonWish

ListingcounterfeitproductsonWishisnOTTOlerated.Ifamerchantlistscounterfeitproductsforsale,theproductswillberemovedandtheiraccountwillfacepenaltiesandpossiblesuspension.

2. roductsandlistingsmaynotinfringeontheintellectualpropertyofothers

Productsandlistingsmaynotinfringeontheintellectualpropertyofothers.Thisincludes,butisnotlimitedto:copyright,trademarks,andpatents.MerchantsareresponsibleforensuringthattheirproductsandlistingsdonotinfringeandareencouragedtodoanIPclearancecheckbeforelistingproducts.Ifamerchantrepeatedlylistsproductsthatinfringeonothers’intellectualproperty,theproductswillberemovedandtheiraccountwillfacepossiblepenaltiesof$500.00*ormoreand/orsuspension.

Ifamerchantcontinuestorepeatedlyinfringeontheintellectualpropertyrightsofothers,theiraccountisatriskofhigherpenalties,suspensionand/ortermination.

Thepenaltycanonlybedisputedandapprovedwithin90calendardaysfromwhenthepenaltywascreated.Ifthepenaltydisputeisnotapprovedwithinthe90calendardayperiodfromwhenthepenaltywascreated,thepenaltywillnotbereversed.

2.4ProductlistingsmaynotrefercustomersoffofWish

IfamerchantlistsaproductwhichencouragescustomerstoleaveWishorcontactastoreoutsideofWish,theproductwillberemovedandtheaccountriskssuspension.

2.5Listingduplicateproductsisprohibited

Listingthesameproductmultipletimesisprohibited.Productsofthesamesizeshouldbelistedasoneproduct.Duplicateproductsshouldnotbeuploaded.Ifamerchantuploadsduplicateproductstheproductswillberemovedandtheaccountriskssuspension.

2.6Modifyingaproductlistingfromitsoriginalproducttoanewproductisforbidden

Ifamerchantchangesaproductlistingintoanewproduct,theproductwillberemoved,theaccountwillbepenalizedupto$20.00*,andtheaccountwillbeatriskofsuspension.

Thepenaltycanonlybedisputedandapprovedwithin90calendardaysfromwhenthepenaltywascreated.Ifthepenaltydisputeisnotapprovedwithinthe90calendardayperiodfromwhenthepenaltywascreated,thepenaltywillnotbereversed.

2.7Prohibitedproductlistingswillbepenalized

AsamerchantonWishyouareresponsibleforensuringthelegalcomplianceofyourproductsintheregionsyoushiptoandshipfrom.IfaproductlistingisdetectedtonotcomplywithWish’sProhibitedProductListingspolicies,themerchantmaybepenalizedandtheproductlistingmaybetakendown.Penaltiesrangefroma).$10.00perviolatingproducttob).$250.00perviolatingproductplusthetotalordervalueforallordersgeneratedbytheviolatingproductduringitslifetime,dependingontheseverityoftheviolation.Inaddition,themerchant’saccountmaybesuspendedforsellingprohibitedproducts.

Ordervalueisdefinedasquantity*(merchantprice+merchantshipping).

Ifapackageisfoundtocontainaproductthatdoesnotcomplywithallapplicablelaws,includingcustomsregulationsfortheorigincountry(i.e.locationofexport)ordestinationcountry(i.e.locationofimport),merchantsmaybepenalizedfortheactualcostsincurredbythecarriertodestroytheproduct.

Thepenaltycanonlybedisputedandapprovedwithin90calendardaysfromwhenthepenaltywascreated.Ifthepenaltydisputeisnotapprovedwithinthe90calendardayperiodfromwhenthepenaltywascreated,thepenaltywillnotbereversed.
