Using features within the search column

The search column has two features to help you organise your chats: 

1. Message filter

The message filter feature lets you categorise chats according to what you would like to focus on. You can select from the following options:

1. All

2. Unread

3. Pinned

2. Individual chat management

To manage chats with individual buyers, you can filter chats according to whether you have resolved their enquiry or fulfilled their orders. You can select from the following options:

1. Unpin Message

2. Mark as Unread

3. Delete Conversation
